Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer announced his retirement after more than 27 years on the bench. WashULaw professors Dan Epps, Lee Epstein, Greg Magarian, and moderator Andrew Martin, Chancellor of Washington University in St. Louis, will discuss Breyer’s tenure in the high court, provide perspectives on how a new justice could change the court and – in light of recent tenuous confirmations – what we could expect to see from this process confirmation.
