Speaker Information

Dale Buscher is the Vice President for Programs at the Women's Refugee Commission where he leads the oragnization's work on refugee livlihoods, youth, adolescents, gender and disabilities. Buscher has been working in the refugee assistance field since 1988 in a variety of locations and capacities. Buscher is an adjunct associate professor at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
