The Center for Community Health Partnership & Research presents a Collaborative Café around building lasting community-academic partnerships. Speakers will discuss sustainability of community-academic partnerships and strategies for ensuring long-term collaboration.

Attendees will:

  • Understand the fundamental aspects of successful long-term community-academic partnerships
  • Discuss barriers to successful partnership
  • Hear about the successes and lessons learned from real regional partnerships
  • Learn tips to plan for sustainability during the early stages of partnership
