The Sports & Society reading group will resume regular meetings on Friday, August 28 at 3:00 pm on Zoom. Scott Peterson will lead things off with a report on the goings on at the 2020 Sports Literature Association Conference. Noah Cohan will share presentation from the conference, titled "Head Cases: How the NFL Narrates the Violent Power of its Most Iconic Piece of Equipment to Children.”
