All WashU staff and faculty are invited to participate in building awareness of the individual roles we play in creating a more inclusive WashU community. This course intentionally cultivates an atmosphere that allows for skills we need to be part of shifting and sustaining a climate and culture of equity to emerge.

Participants will discuss:

  • the broad spectrum of climate and culture,
  • how climate and culture shift,
  • what this means within an institution, and
