Science and Strategies for Supporting Our Tweens and Teens in Pandemic Recovery

Tuesday, August 31 | 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

The pandemic was especially tough on our tweens and teens. Adolescence is as formative as early childhood, but far more dependent on experiences and relationships outside of the home.

In this Open Classroom, Brown School alum Stephanie Malia Krauss (MSW ’08) will share emerging research and brain science on adolescence, exploring what the past two pandemic school years and summers mean for their learning, development, and futures. The session will include practical strategies and solutions to give these young people the support they need next school year and beyond.

Register online to receive Zoom information on the morning of the event. You can also join us during the live stream.
