Public Virtual Tour: Constructing Nature

Thursday, July 2, 2020 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Virtual Event

Join the Kemper Art Museum for live, interactive tours on Zoom. Each week a student educator designs and leads a virtual tour featuring several artworks in the Kemper Art Museum collection. Student educators will show images of the artworks through screen sharing and will answer participant questions.

On July 2, Jessie Smith (Arts & Sciences ‘22) discusses how artists explore the concept of nature, focusing on several works from the collection.

The hour-long tour is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

I enjoyed the images of art and the skillful discussion by a Wash U student. This was a very pleasant activity for my Saturday morning.
