Physics Colloquium on New Physics Beyond the Standard Model and Cosmology

Wednesday, January 31 | 3:00 PM

Crow Hall, 204
Crow Hall, St. Louis, MO 63105

In this talk, I will survey some of the most compelling motivations for physics beyond the standard model, emphasizing ideas from effective field theory and constraints from fundamental principles. This includes modified spacetime symmetries, neutrino masses, early universe inflation, dark matter and axions.
