The ongoing coronavirus outbreak has ushered in a period of fear, confusion, and misinformation in China and beyond. Controlling the spread of the virus requires public health, medical and public education measures. Faced with growing pressure to contain a deadly virus outbreak that has spread around the world, China's medical professionals and policy makers are racing to find a solution.

Please joins us for a keynote presentation followed by an in-depth discussion on the facts of the situation with experts from the School of Medicine, the Brown School and the School of Arts & Sciences. We will conver topics from disease control to the political and social implications of the virus.

Co-sponsors include East Asian Studies Program, Sigma Iota Rho and WUSTL China Forum. Dinner will be provided.
