Jordan Elliot, an associate at Husch Blackwell, will help attendees explore the options and process of incorporation. The workshop will cover:

  • The types of business entities, and factors that might cause a founder to choose one type of entity over another.
  • How to select a jurisdiction in which to form an entity
  • The internal negotiations that should occur amongst founders to appropriately constitute the entity and establish each founder’s relationship between themselves and the entity.
  • The nuts and bolt of the formation process
