About Livia Blackburne:
New York Times bestselling author Livia Blackburne is a Chinese-American author who wrote her first novel while researching the neuroscience of reading at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Since then, she’s switched to full-time writing, which also involves getting into people’s heads but without the help of a 3-tesla MRI scanner. She is the author of Midnight Thief (an Indies Introduce New Voices selection) and Rosemarked (a YALSA Teens Top Ten nominee), as well as the picture book I Dream of Popo, which received starred reviews from Publisher’s Weekly and Kirkus.

About Connie Hsu:
Connie Hsu is the editorial director of Roaring Brook Press (an imprint of Macmillan Publishing), a founding member of the Children’s Book Council Diversity Committee, and a member of the Brooklyn Book Festival Children’s Planning Committee. Books on her list include the bestsellers Be Kind, Real Friends and Best Friends, and After the Fall. Other acclaimed books include Caldecott Medal winner The Adventures of Beekle, Caldecott Honor book Leave Me Alone!, Sibert Medal winner Fry Bread, and graphic novels by Eisner winner Tillie Walden. About Julia Kuo:
Julia Kuo is a Taiwanese-American illustrator who has worked with The New York Times, Google, and Science Friday. Julia has taught illustration courses at Columbia College Chicago and at her alma mater, Washington University in St. Louis. She is the illustrator of Drawing Leaves and Trees: Observing and Sketching the Natural World, Katrina Goldsaito's The Sound of Silence, Roni Schotter's Go, Little Green Truck!, Melissa Gilbert's Daisy and Josephine, 20 Ways to Draw a Dress, 20 Ways to Draw a Cat, and Everyone Eats.
