Join us for a day filled with insightful discussions, presentations and workshops on the latest advancements in implementation science and cancer research. Representatives from the U.S. National Institutes of Health will lay the overall context of the global cancer landscape and will discuss global cancer priorities and novel directions they see the field heading. Participants will also hear from a panel of global leaders in the field of Oncology to learn about their innovative research and what a cancer clinical researcher should consider when designing clinical trials in different contexts. The afternoon sessions will be highly interactive with small groups that are intended to outline the structure, vision, and goals of a global oncology track. These sessions will also address specific topics that a training program should incorporate to promote implementation science practices within cancer clinical trials.
