Join us for an inspiring half day event that kicks off with opening remarks from Dean Mary McKay and Provost Marion Crain, followed by TED-style talks presenting the five papers comprising the landmark Lancet Series on Gender Equality, Norms and Health. A moderated panel of key regional policy makers and practitioners will then explore the ways in which the themes highlighted in the Series resonate and are relevant in their work locally.
A reception with light appetizers and refreshments will follow.
Please note: While there is no admission charge for this event, please RSVP here so that we can plan appropriately for seating and catering.
If you're not able to join us in person and still would like to attend, tune in to our livestream broadcast here! (No need to RSVP unless attending in person)
This event is co-sponsored by The Brown School, Institute for Public Health, WU School of Medicine's Office of Faculty Affairs and Department of Medicine, Iris Group, Stanford School of Medicine and The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement and Institutional Diversity.
