All WashU staff and faculty are invited to participate in this collaborative learning session. Participants will build and practice skills to help them succeed in inclusive work environments.
This session focuses on:

• the individual's perspectives,
• the many ways we see and experience who we are, and
• how these interplay within the workplace.

This session is designed to meet participants where they are:

• learning new skills,
• practicing them, and
• building the capacity to support work in their own environment.
