All WashU staff and faculty are invited to take part in this 90-minute interactive session. Participants will interact with the University mission, goals, and intentions related to equity, diversity, and inclusion and begin exploring how it applies to their role at the University. Participants will also learn about opportunities to get involved and build community with colleagues. Through this course, attendees will be introduced to practices and tools used to support inclusive working environments. 
 
Participants can expect to: 

• Reflect on and discuss the University mission, goals, and intentions as they relate to diversity, equity, and inclusion 
• Explore definitions of diversity, equity, and inclusion 
• Consider their role at the University and how it supports the above 
• Learn about opportunities to connect and build community with colleagues 
• Learn about resources and opportunities to continue similar conversations
