F***ing A

Sunday, April 23, 2023 | 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM

A. E. Hotchner Studio Theatre
6445 Forsyth Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63105

In this gritty journey of story and song, Hester’s branded letter A becomes a provocative emblem of vengeance, violence, and sacrifice. Written by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Suzan-Lori Parks, "F***ing A" was inspired by Nathaniel Hawthorne’s classic novel, The Scarlet Letter; Parks’s brilliant reimagining of the tale feels deeply contemporary as though it has been pulled from our contemporary headlines.
