Connect to nature, yourself and one another at this Mindfulness Month event. Free and open to the public.

Patterned, repetitive, rhythmic somatosensory activity… elicits a sensation of safety. Rhythm is regulating. Dancing, drumming, and moving. Join us to relax and restore .

We also have information on Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and the impact of physical and emotional violence trapped in the body.

RSVP is welcome, but not required.
