Diversity Perspectives: Embracing Divergent Viewpoints
Friday, February 11, 2022 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
About this Event
Olin's Business School Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Programs talk on building diverse, equitable and inclusive teams
There’s a proven business case that diversity is good for organizations. However, diversity hiring doesn’t always lead to diverse, equitable and inclusive teams. The formula for building diverse, inclusive and equitable teams doesn’t start with the hiring. Instead, it begins with the intentional desires of leaders to empower and embrace diverse viewpoints.
Nikkia Reveillac, a visionary, thought leader and change agent, shares her insights on building diverse, equitable and inclusive teams. She’ll delve into how when leaders and members are present and acknowledge the unique lived experiences of individuals, they move towards an open-growth mindset.
We look forward to seeing you at this Diversity Perspectives speaker series event hosted by the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access team in honor of Black History Month.
