Speaker Information

The tour will be led by Froggi VanRiper. Froggi is a lecturer in Environmental Studies, and a scholar of wild edibles from youth. Froggi has foraged across the US, with a particular focus on the edible plants and fungi of Missouri and Southern Illinois since 1999.
