Join leaders from Great Rivers Environmental Law Center and the St. Louis County NAACP Environmental Justice Committee in a panel presentation and roundtable discussion addressing the ongoing issue of hazardous pollution and toxic waste in the St. Louis region. Speakers include lawyers working on a lawsuit seeking compensation for zinc cadmium sulfide exposure at Pruitt Igoe, as well as activists fighting to hold the government accountable for its role contributing to the Coldwater Creek radioactive waste remediation site. Come listen to their inspiring stories and learn how you can get involved with local efforts combating systemic injustice and environmental inequities in St. Louis.
