Join Elizabeth Kamau as she discusses current trends in child nutrition in Kenya, situating the Kenyan case in the larger global and African contexts. This talk will explore challenges such as high rates of stunting and under-nutrition, and explain research approaches to better understanding these problems. Kamau will highlight ongoing intervention research studies to develop and test practical strategies and solutions to nutrition challenges.
The program will be moderated by Kamau’s Washington University collaborators Lora Iannotti and Carolyn Lesorogol of the Brown School.
