Bruce J. Tromberg, director of the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is part of our Open BME Seminar Series.  Dr. Tromberg will speak at 3 p.m CST/4 p.m. EST on Thursday, Feb. 4.

His talk title is "Bioengineering for COVID-19: Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx) at Unprecedented Speed and Scale"

It was enlightening to see how much work is being done by the NIBIB especially with regards to covid response. It is exciting to see how much speed and agility such a diverse team has brought to the table in tackling the challenges placed before it.
