Join artist Amy Sillman; Rebecca Sears, lecturer in the Department of Classics in Arts & Sciences; and Meredith Malone, associate curator, as they discuss Sillman’s animated film "After Metamorphosis" (2015–16), the artist’s response to the Roman poet Ovid’s mythic tale of transformation, desire, and power. Sillman’s five-minute film will be screened in advance of the Q&A and will be available for viewing via the Museum’s website the week prior to the program.
The program will include live closed captions.
