Join the WashU Alumni Association for a virtual conversation with author Luke Epplin, AB '01, and WashU Professor Gerald Early to discuss Luke's book "Our Team: The Epic Story of Four Men and the World Series That Changed Baseball." "Our Team" tells the true and riveting story of four men – Larry Doby, Bill Veeck, Bob Feller, and Satchel Paige – whose improbable union on the Cleveland Indians in the late 1940's would shape the immediate postwar era of Major League Baseball and beyond.

About Luke Epplin, AB '01:
Luke Epplin's writing has appeared in such publications as the New Yorker, The Atlantic, Slate, GQ, and The Washington Post. Born and raised in rural Illinois, he now lives in Queens.
