Experience an unforgettable summer evening with the Gateway Festival Orchestra’s “All American” concert on Sunday, July 6 at 7:30 PM at WashU’s Brookings Quadrangle. Bring your family, lawn chairs, or blankets to enjoy a lively night of music celebrating America’s musical spirit.

Led by Associate Conductor Leon Burke III, the program features stirring pieces like Morton Gould’s “American Salute,” Mary Sweetin’s “River Cathedral,” and Amy Beach’s “Gaelic Symphony.” After intermission, listen to the beautiful “Concierto de Aranjuez” by Joaquín Rodrigo, performed on guitar by W. Mark Akin, and the uplifting “Jubilee” from George Chadwick’s “Symphonic Sketches.”
