The Institute of Clinical and Translational Sciences (ICTS) is hosting their third annual symposium and poster session to explore how the application of informatics tools and methods contributes to the creation and operation of a learning health care system. The symposium will include a keynote address given by Patricia Brennan, director of the National Library of Medicine and will include plenary talks, skills-focused workshops, breakout groups and a poster session. Posters will showcase the unique ways in which informatics tools advance research, academic training, clinical practice and ultimately, patient health.
